We offer free no obligation property valuations for rental purposes. Please click on the ‘request Valuation’ and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

At the appointment we will:

• Answer any general queries you have
• Recommend any remedial works and compliance requirements
• Obtain details as to whether there are any age restrictions, restrictive covenants etc on the property.  If needs be, we can obtain (where available) copy documentation from HM Land Registry.
• Discuss any consents required (e.g. from a residential mortgage lender/ Flat management company)
• Provide you with our Landlord Guide detailing relevant compliance legislation for information
• Provide you with a written report of the valuation within 3 working days.

We will not:

• Provide advice where we are not qualified (E.G. legal disputes)
• Provide your information to any third parties for marketing purposes
